Regency Films

The following dramas are set in the Regency Era
(referring to George IV's reign as Prince Regent from 1811-1820)

These films include adaptations by these authors: Jane Austen, Alexandre Dumas, Leo Tolstoy, Anton Chekhov, Patrick O'Brian, Bernard Cornwell, Robert Louis Stevenson, Joseph Conrad, William Makepeace Thackeray, James A. Michener and Barbara Cartland

The dramas also include biopics of: John Keats, Frédéric Chopin, Ludwig van Beethoven. Napoleon Bonaparte, Princess Caraboo, Jane Austen and The Brothers Grimm

I also noticed that
Gerard Depardieu, prolific actor that he is, can be found in 3 of these dramas: Napoleon, Count of Monte Cristo, and Les Miserables as well as portraying the writer Dumas and in Le colonel Chabert and Balzac, 2 French films set in this era.

Which of these films have you seen? VOTE IN POLL
(For those with multiple adaptations, I've only listed the title once.)
