British actress Anna Massey dies at age 73

A veteran actress with over 100 film projects to her credit, Anna Massey was a welcomed and familiar face in many period dramas! Anna was previously married to Jeremy Brett (Sherlock Holmes). Her parents (Raymond Massey, Adrianne Allen) and brother Daniel were also in the acting business. She also had a Canadian connection with her uncle Vincent Massey being the Governor General in the 50s. I spent my elementary years at a school named in his honour.
